Meet João Siqueira

João Siqueira grew up in Goiânia, Brazil, and moved to Canada in 2021. He started his career in customer success at a tech startup, leading a team of five, and that is where he picked up the idea he still works by: good systems make everyone's work better, quietly.

Real estate came as a surprise, and it became the field that suited him best. He runs the side of the business clients don't usually see: listing marketing, deal tracking, offer paperwork and compliance, schedules, and the automations he builds himself. Every date, deadline, and document is tracked from the first day of a deal to possession, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.

He cares about clear workflows, good design, and the small details most people never notice. He makes the work easier for the team, and clients feel it in how their transactions go.

João speaks Portuguese and Spanish besides English, and is slowly working on French.
